Pyridoxine (B6)

Pyridoxine is involved in more bodily functions than any other single nutrient. It promotes red blood cell formation, is needed for normal brain function and synthesis of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA).

It activates many other enzymes and aids in the absorption of vitamin B12 that is needed in immune system function and antibody production. Necessary for the metabolism of amino and plays a role in the use of fats and in the production of bile.
